This was very interesting and I consider myself lucky to be a part of this course. All my life I had always thought that grief is something which is very personal and it cannot be understood by anyone else. I guess I was wrong. When I started this course and gradually got to know about different types of grief and loss and their coping mechanisms, I realized that It is an universal feeling and almost all people go through it.
